& we don't have to worry anymore
So never-mind these stories, let's listen to what's here
& let go of the hurry, breathing mindfully
Why this is so familiar, like a rediscovery
Though having so much fun in our confusion
Dream in the living death
But why not wake to this illusion, and untie your knot

Waiting to awaken from the daze
of life's illusion
We don't have to believe in these thoughts
& we can choose to relieve the tensions
For why not re-cognize the essential self
& reconcile to forgive the mental hell
